2. Arrange a damage assessment
We schedule a time to inspect the damage — visible damage, adjacent areas, and the fit of panels, doors, hood, and trunk.
3. Discuss the recommended scope
Based on the inspection, we outline what may need repair or replacement and explain our reasoning so you understand the work.
4. Proceed with repairs and refinishing
With your agreement, we carry out the bodywork, structural corrections, painting, and finishing the repair calls for.
5. Review and arrange collection
